About us

The company was established on March 9, 2007 in Klaipėda. The main activities of the company include planning, management and implementation of construction works . We perform general construction, repair and renovation works. The company was certified by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania on March 13, 2009, Protocol No. IA-141. The company also has a right to engage in the construction of special buildings. The following are the areas of the construction works we perform: construction and mounting of building structures (concrete, metal and brick), installation of roofs, finishing works, internal and external water supply and sewage system design and installation as well as maintenance and constructions works of cultural heritage objects. 

We perform the following works:

•  Construction of houses and buildings,
•  External and internal finishing works,
•  Renovation of apartment houses and buildings,
•  Mounting of gable roofs and their structures,
•  Membrane roofing of flat roofs and repair works,
•  Repairs of the seams of apartment and block houses,
•  Technical supervision of special building construction works,
•  Planning and installation of internal and external water supply and sewage systems,
•  Energy performance certification of the buildings.
